Our one-off cleaning service is perfect when you need a helping hand without committing to regular visits.
We’ll give your home a thorough everyday clean, leaving it feeling fresh, tidy and back under control.
Book a one-off clean whenever you need one; before guests arrive, ahead of a special occasion, after a particularly busy period, or simply when the housework has got away from you. There’s no ongoing commitment.
A one-off clean typically includes dusting and wiping accessible surfaces, kitchen worktops, sink and taps, cupboard fronts where needed, hob exterior, bathrooms, mirrors, vacuuming, mopping, household bins and light tidying as we work.
For heavier build-up or more detailed cleaning, we may recommend our Deep Clean service instead.

Standard Pricing
Payment Terms
We offer simple fixed pricing for one-off park home cleans:
1 Bedroom Park Home: £65 per clean
2 Bedroom Park Home: £90 per clean
These prices apply to homes requiring a standard one-off clean. If your home requires more extensive cleaning or has significant build-up, we may recommend our Deep Clean service instead.
Your price will always be confirmed before your booking.
For homes outside of our park-home service, each one-off clean is individually quoted.
Your price will depend on the size and layout of your home, number of bathrooms, overall condition of the property and the level of cleaning required.
Once agreed, your clean is charged at a fixed price, so you will know exactly what your visit will cost before we arrive.

One-off cleans are paid for in advance of the service.
We ask that payment is made by card at least 24 hours before your scheduled clean.
Your agreed price will always be confirmed before payment is taken.
Cancellations or rearrangements are free when more than 24 hours’ notice is given.
Cancellations within 24 hours of the booking may be charged at the full booked rate.

Need a little extra help?
We can change your bed for £5 per bed, placing used bedding into your washing machine and starting the wash if requested.
If there are any other jobs you’d like completed alongside your regular clean, just get in touch and we’ll be happy to provide a quote.

All Orchard Housekeeping cleaners are DBS checked before working in customers’ homes.
Proof of your cleaner’s DBS check can be provided on request and, where applicable, its current status can be verified through the official DBS Update Service.
For added reassurance, Orchard Housekeeping is fully insured with cover up to £1 million.
This protects both you and your home while our cleaners are carrying out work, giving you extra peace of mind every time we visit.
