Our regular cleaning service is designed to keep your home feeling fresh, comfortable and beautifully maintained without the stress of keeping on top of everything yourself.
Available on a weekly or fortnightly basis, each visit covers the everyday cleaning jobs that make the biggest difference to your home. Because we charge per clean rather than per hour, you know exactly what your visit will cost before we arrive.
Your regular clean typically includes:

Payment Terms
We offer simple fixed pricing for park homes:
Standard Park Home: £55 per clean
Double-Wide Park Home: £75 per clean
For customers who prefer to pay in advance, we also offer discounted four-clean packages:
4 x Standard Park Home Cleans:
£200
4 x Double-Wide Park Home Cleans: £270
For homes outside of our park-home service, each property is individually quoted.
Your price is based on the size and layout of your home, number of bathrooms, cleaning requirements and how often you would like us to visit.
Once agreed, your regular clean is charged at a fixed price, so you always know exactly what your visit will cost.

Payment is taken by card in advance of each clean.
For your first visit, payment will be taken on arrival before cleaning begins. With your permission, your card details can then be securely saved for future bookings.
For regular weekly or fortnightly cleans, payment will be taken automatically 24 hours before your scheduled visit, so there is nothing to organise on the day.
You are free to cancel or rearrange your clean without charge when more than 24 hours’ notice is given.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled clean are charged at the full booked rate, as the appointment has been reserved specifically for you and may not be possible to refill at short notice.

Need a little extra help?
We can change your bed for £5 per bed, placing used bedding into your washing machine and starting the wash if requested.
If there are any other jobs you’d like completed alongside your regular clean, just get in touch and we’ll be happy to provide a quote.

All Orchard Housekeeping cleaners are DBS checked before working in customers’ homes.
Proof of your cleaner’s DBS check can be provided on request and, where applicable, its current status can be verified through the official DBS Update Service.
For added reassurance, Orchard Housekeeping is fully insured with cover up to £1 million.
This protects both you and your home while our cleaners are carrying out work, giving you extra peace of mind every time we visit.
