How It Works
What's Included
Our bed change service takes one more household job off your list.
We’ll strip the used bedding and remake your bed with fresh, clean linen provided by you, leaving it neat, comfortable and ready to enjoy.
Bed changes can be added to any regular, one-off or deep clean for £5 per bed.
Please leave your fresh bedding somewhere easy for us to find. Used bedding can be placed in your laundry basket, or we can load it into your washing machine and start the wash for you if requested.
Your bed change includes:

Removing used sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases

Remaking the bed with fresh bedding provided by you

Placing used linen in your laundry basket if preferred

Loading used bedding into your washing machine if requested

Starting the wash cycle before we leave if requested
Fresh linen must be available in the home. Laundry, drying and ironing are not included.

Bed changes are charged at a simple fixed price of:
£5 per bed
This can be added to your regular clean, one-off clean or deep clean.
There is no additional call-out charge when booked alongside another Orchard Housekeeping service.
Simply let us know before your visit if you would like any beds changed.
You can add one or multiple beds depending on what you need, and the cost will be confirmed before your clean.
When added to another cleaning service, your bed-change charge will simply be added to the total cost of your booking.
For regular customers using saved card details, the combined payment will be taken automatically 24 hours before your scheduled visit.

If there are any additional housekeeping jobs you’d like completed alongside your clean, just let us know.
Where possible, we’ll be happy to include them and provide a fixed quote in advance.

Proof of your cleaner’s DBS check can be provided on request and, where applicable, its current status can be verified through the official DBS Update Service.
For added reassurance, Orchard Housekeeping is fully insured with cover up to £1 million.
This protects both you and your home while our cleaners are carrying out work, giving you extra peace of mind every time we visit.
